Exchange Policy
At FutureSaints, every detail matters. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, you may do so within 4 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in flawless condition
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact
• Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
How to Request an Exchange
• Exchange requests must be submitted only via our self-serve customer portal
👉 futuresaints.in/apps/return_prime (available in the website footer)
• Requests made through email, WhatsApp, or social media will not be considered
• A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address
– Reverse pickup fee: ₹100
• Once the item passes our quality check, the replacement size will be dispatched without delay
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Clearance sale products
• Flash sale purchases
• Bespoke or customized items
Refund Policy
If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return within 4 days of delivery. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credits, redeemable on future orders at FutureSaints.
Refund Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Products failing inspection will not qualify for a refund
How to Request a Refund
• All return requests must be initiated only through our automated return portal

• Requests raised outside the portal will not be accepted
• A reverse pickup will be arranged for your convenience
– Reverse pickup fee: ₹100
• Store credits are issued after successful quality verification
Additional Notes
• If reverse pickup is not serviceable for your pincode, the customer will be required to ship the item to our warehouse
• In the rare event that a damaged product is delivered, a fresh replacement will be provided
• Clearance sale and flash sale orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
