We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the size or color of the item(s) you received, we will be happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We will require proof of purchase and a photo of the item(s) to be eligible for an exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items that are not in the same condition as when they were received or for items that are not eligible for exchange.
Special price items are not eligible for size exchanges or design exchange once purchased
Refunds
Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges
